Great Lakes Screen Repair – Company Policy 1. Business Hours Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Emergency Service: Available upon request (additional fees may apply) 2. Scope of Services We specialize in: Mobile window screen replacements Slider screen repairs and replacements Custom-built screen frame construction On-the-spot screen fitting and installation We do not currently offer screen door repairs beyond frame/screen replacement or glass repairs. 3. Pricing Minimum charge: $20.00 Average pricing: Standard window screen: $35–$40 Slider screen: $60–$80 Custom-built screens: Starting at $55 (based on size) All pricing includes materials and labor unless otherwise noted. Service call fee may be included in final quote. Emergency service fee is currently under consideration and may be added at the time of request. All materials used are proudly made in the USA. 4. Scheduling & Cancellations Appointments can be scheduled by phone, online, or in person. Customers must ensure access to windows/screens prior to technician arrival. We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-show appointments may incur a $25 fee. 5. Payment Policy Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Invoicing available for approved repeat customers or businesses. 6. Warranty & Satisfaction We stand behind our craftsmanship. All screen replacements come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. Defects in materials or installation will be repaired at no cost. Warranty does not cover damage caused by pets, weather, or accidents after installation. 7. Safety & Conduct Our technicians are committed to professional conduct, cleanliness, and respectful communication. Customers are encouraged to keep pets and children away from work areas during service. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or hazardous environments. 8.
